Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with precision and enthusiasm.
- Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs to ensure a 5-star dining experience.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, following all health and safety regulations.
- Process payments accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance the guest experience and contribute to restaurant revenue goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to maintain guest loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact warmly with a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square, Micros) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid food handler's permit or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
