Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued immediately upon arrival.
- Present menus, describe food and beverage items accurately, and answer questions to enhance the guest experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff with precision.
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain a pristine dining environment throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately using our POS system and handle cash and credit transactions with integrity.
- Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Cash out at the end of the shift and reconcile all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros) is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.
