Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Master the menu and provide accurate descriptions of ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Prepare tables for service, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods while maintaining energy and a smile.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
