Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during evening/night shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision
- Operate PMS systems and handle complex reservations
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints diplomatically
- Maintain meticulous financial transaction records
- Execute emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hospitality experience
- Advanced PMS system proficiency (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Fluency in English; Spanish/French a plus
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
