Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-in and credential verification processes
- Manage crowd control and maintain safe event perimeters
- Coordinate vendor setup and breakdown logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP and general attendees
- Enforce venue policies while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Document incident reports and communicate with event supervisors
- Assist with emergency protocols and evacuation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of crowd management techniques
- Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
