Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, specialty coffees, and tea-based beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment
- Collaborate with team to optimize service during peak hours
- Participate in product knowledge training and seasonal promotions
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service or hospitality experience
- Basic knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
