Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them in a timely, professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver orders to tables with precision and maintain high service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any issues or complaints.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Cross-train in multiple stations, including bar service and expediting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
