Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and order accuracy
- Maintain pristine workspace by sanitizing equipment, restocking supplies, and adhering to health standards
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal promotion campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience with proven espresso mastery
- Exceptional communication skills with remote work proficiency
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (hybrid schedule available)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Safety certification preferred
