Responsibilities
- Execute flawless espresso and specialty coffee beverages using premium equipment
- Train and mentor junior baristas on advanced techniques and customer service

- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of premium ingredients
- Develop and maintain relationships with local coffee producers

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee certification
