Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of all workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process cash/POS transactions accurately while upselling seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and restock supplies efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Must maintain TX Food Handler certification (or obtain within 30 days)
