Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to our strict recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Learn and execute our paid training curriculum to master the art of coffee making.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS systems.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Eager to learn and willing to follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
