- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using professional espresso machines and grinders
- Engage customers with personalized recommendations and exceptional service
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment and workspace per health standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal drink specials and promotions
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Participate in ongoing coffee training and skill development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
