Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain spotless workspace including espresso machines, grinders, and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and process mobile orders
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Rotate inventory, stock supplies, and uphold food safety standards
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment that values teamwork
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food/beverage service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Food Handler Certification a plus (training provided if needed)
