Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and ensure prompt seating to manage wait times effectively.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and communicate clearly to the kitchen.
- Deliver orders to tables with a high standard of presentation and accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and restrooms throughout the shift.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with a smile and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while carrying trays and equipment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be available to start immediately.
