Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently upon arrival.
- Take and process accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver orders in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining floor, tables, and service stations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a smile.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of standard food and wine pairings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Physical stamina to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
