Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust smart contracts using Solidity and Rust on multiple blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, Layer 2s).
- Build and maintain high-performance decentralized applications (dApps) with a focus on security, scalability, and user experience.
- Conduct thorough code audits and security reviews to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure protocol safety.
- Integrate off-chain data and oracle solutions to enhance dApp functionality and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and security experts to define technical roadmaps.
- Write comprehensive documentation for smart contracts and APIs to ensure clarity for the community and developers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development with at least 2 years specifically in Web3, Blockchain, or Cryptography.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity and Rust, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready smart contracts.
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, NFT standards, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js for building intuitive dApp interfaces.
- Familiarity with development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
