Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Infrastructure: Design and implement a robust, scalable technology stack capable of supporting enterprise-grade growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Lead the technical vision, defining milestones and deliverables that align with our long-term business objectives.
- Cloud & AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI models and cloud-native architectures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of technical excellence, mentoring junior architects and engineers to elevate the entire team's skill set.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and business units to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full regulatory compliance across all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming Skills: Strong command of Python, Go, or Java, with a demonstrated ability to prototype and validate architectural concepts.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business goals into technical roadmaps and delivering tangible results.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
