Responsibilities

- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies (Web4.0, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions including AR/VR ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic resilience and innovation ROI
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and stakeholder storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published industry thought leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience presenting to C-level audiences in Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
