Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise security systems
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms using Qiskit and IBM Q Experience
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum hybrid computing solutions
- Optimize quantum annealing workflows for pharmaceutical discovery applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum systems with 99.99% fidelity targets
- Present quantum technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and publish research in Nature Quantum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
