Responsibilities
- Architect Core Systems: Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms and deep learning models that power our next-generation AI products.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Continuously refine existing systems to maximize computational efficiency, reduce latency, and lower operational costs.
- Research & Development: Stay at the bleeding edge of quantum computing research and apply theoretical advancements to practical engineering solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering department.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and ensure seamless deployment of AI models into production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or quantum computing.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA. Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Strong background in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
