Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and generative algorithms.
- Optimize existing AI models for speed, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to implement the latest breakthroughs in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, transformer models, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
