Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI-driven automation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into near-term business opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026 technological inflection points
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in sustainable tech and human-machine collaboration
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in post-2025 global markets
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and industry 4.0 evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience developing organizational resilience frameworks for disruptive transitions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in reputable innovation or technology publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
