Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technological and societal trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with stakeholders across R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on future market opportunities
- Manage innovation pipeline with $2M+ annual budget for prototyping and validation
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data visualization expertise
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with sustainability and ESG frameworks
