Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, robotics, and climate tech specialists
- Develop predictive models using quantum computing simulations and big data analytics
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate DNA
- Curate and host global thought leadership summits on emerging paradigms
- Drive patent development in next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Mentor futurist apprentices through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-proofing initiatives
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
