Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy, R&D, and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish industry-wide futurist networks and collaborate with academic institutions to pioneer next-generation methodologies
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Mentor a dedicated team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and Web3
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex trends into executive narratives
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published author in leading innovation journals (e.g., MIT Technology Review, HBR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) from Association of Professional Futurists preferred
- Experience with strategic foresight tools: Delphi method, causal layered analysis, and backcasting
