Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic foresight frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Develop quantitative trend models using AI-powered analytics and human intelligence fusion
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for board members and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and futurist thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight insights into implementable business strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and establish new methodologies in strategic forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or futures research at Fortune 500 level
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with documented impact on business outcomes
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
