Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop and maintain a strategic futures roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning our company as a futurist authority
- Manage an innovation incubator program for high-potential 2026 technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major tech publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
