Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (tech, climate, social, economic) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for business continuity and market positioning in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal transformations
- Represent the company at global conferences and industry forums on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive-level gravitas
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or similar institution) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
