Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks and roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and trend briefings for C-suite
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Establish and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence network
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable implementation plans
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite planning
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and disruption analysis
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) impact analysis
