Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions and business models
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, tech incubators, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) across organizational functions
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Present future strategies to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with proven impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, biotech convergence)
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Systems Thinking)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
