Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and white papers on future trends
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Establish and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through scenario modeling and impact analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or thought leadership in recognized publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating high-stakes workshops with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-ready strategies
