Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Author whitepapers and trend reports published in leading industry journals
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with engineers, policymakers, and designers
- Build predictive models using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next generation of foresight talent
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist publications
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotechnology policy, or sustainable tech transitions
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
