Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Design prototype solutions for emerging challenges in climate adaptation and AI ethics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to future-proof product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
