Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Identify and validate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) with strategic relevance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic trends to anticipate technological adoption barriers
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological maturity and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale organizations
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps with 3+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning and disruption analysis frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI governance, and sustainable tech ecosystems
