Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to future market conditions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with emerging opportunities
- Produce foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex trends into actionable insights
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and validate strategic hypotheses
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing and implementing organizational transformation strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight-to-execution initiatives in tech-driven industries
