Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast industry disruptions through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive leadership
- Champion innovation culture by identifying disruptive opportunities and partnerships
- Advise on ethical implications and sustainable practices for future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Delphi method, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Strong proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
