Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, social, and economic domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop long-term strategic roadmaps (2026-2030) for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning documents
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
