Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CPS) strongly preferred
