Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and demographic patterns to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario models for high-uncertainty environments
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and disruption risk assessments
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Advose on portfolio strategy for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting methodologies

- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
