Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Present future insights to C-suite stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
