Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive frameworks for 2026 market dynamics across technology, social, and economic domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to visualize future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify disruptive technologies requiring early investment
- Establish cross-industry partnerships to validate future trend hypotheses
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced foresight methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or advanced market analysis
- Expertise in predictive modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy with future-focused insights
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
