As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions. Your insights will directly inform product development, investment strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for industry stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation hubs
- Present future-vision briefings to investors, board members, and government bodies
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy and commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation trends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
