- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Design strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise innovation pipelines
- Present trend analysis at executive briefings and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build proprietary research methodologies
- Author white papers on disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ future-shaping projects
- CFP (Certified Futurist) designation preferred
