Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for 2026, focusing on AI integration, edge computing, and quantum readiness.
- Technology Assessment: Conduct rigorous research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic data) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technology strategies with business goals and secure budget allocation for innovation initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Develop and implement frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment, addressing bias, transparency, and data privacy.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to anticipate disruptions and maintain Nexus Horizon Group’s competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a major tech organization.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Data Architecture, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies based on emerging data.
