Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Integrate advanced AI/ML models into core product workflows to drive automation and personalization.
- Oversee the migration to serverless and edge computing architectures to minimize global latency.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to prototype "future-ready" features for the 2026 release cycle.
- Establish robust security frameworks that anticipate future regulatory and cyber-threat landscapes.
- Mentor junior architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong command of programming languages (Python, Go, or Java) and distributed systems theory.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks and predictive analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
