Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages following SCA standards
- Train and mentor new baristas on brewing techniques and customer service excellence
- Develop seasonal drink menus using premium local ingredients
- Manage inventory and maintain pristine café equipment
- Lead daily opening/closing procedures with attention to detail
- Collaborate with pastry team on coffee-food pairings
- Foster an inclusive, energetic customer experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art skills
- SCA Barista/ Brewing Certification preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of coffee origins and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to train and motivate team members
- Strong problem-solving skills during peak hours
- Food Handler's certification required
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
