Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap and architectural strategy for The 2026 Initiative, aligning high-level goals with concrete engineering deliverables.
- System Design: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen AI and quantum processing workloads.
- R&D Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams in the research and development of cutting-edge technologies, including edge computing and bio-digital integration.
- Code Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, security protocols, and best practices across all engineering departments.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in and funding.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize latency and throughput for real-time data processing.
- Recruitment & Mentorship: Recruit top-tier engineering talent and mentor junior architects to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong background in AI/ML model deployment, neural networks, or high-performance computing.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges in ambiguous environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical vision to diverse audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Experience leading Agile and Scrum methodologies in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
