Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of the core infrastructure for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring high availability and security.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced distributed systems and AI integration.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the development of next-gen autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with quantum computing research teams to integrate post-quantum cryptography into our production stack.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and evaluating their potential for immediate deployment.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput for massive-scale data processing.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience with high-performance computing, machine learning pipelines, or distributed ledger technologies.
- Strong command of programming languages such as Rust, Go, or Python.
- Experience working in agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
