Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the technical vision and strategy for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and security.
- System Design: Design and implement robust, high-performance distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- R&D: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and executives to translate business goals into technical realities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think long-term and translate high-level business requirements into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
