Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with business goals.
- Lead the strategic vision for integrating Generative AI and advanced machine learning into core products.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to forecast market trends and technological disruptions.
- Oversee the development of proprietary AI models and ensure ethical implementation.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI adoption and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Tech roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading long-term strategic planning (3-5+ year horizons).
- Strong background in data science, neural networks, or large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
